Sam has been piercing professionally for 4 years. "To be honest I don't have a favorite piercing because the best part of any piercing is the reaction after the procedure is done, the smiles and the excitement in the 'piercies' face and demeanor. The confidence it gives them is unmatched!!  However, if I absolutely had to choose it would have to be either a  dermal piercing or nipple piercings because of the fact that the dermal  can be so dainty that it gives that extra little sparkle to the area its  placed in. Nipple piercings, however, tend to make the person getting  them feel so empowered and like a boss!!"
